In a state of the art kitchen, you will learn the secrets to the art of pastry in a short time. Basic Level – International Certification in Pâtisserie

Provides fundamental knowledge of the ingredients, techniques and methods commonly used in making pastries and desserts. Covers procedures for basic bread and pastry dough, cake mixes, creams and icings.
