Fairview International School, Malaysia

Fairview International School is an education institution registered with the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. It was established in 1978 by a group of parents. These parents aimed to provide children from the age of 4 with an education of the highest standard using English as the medium of instruction.

Since its inception, Fairview has created a strong presence as a reputable international school in the Asian region. From an initial enrolment of just 29 students, today, the School is now home away from home to over 900 students from close to 45 different nations.

The Fairview experience consists of learning in an interactive and innovative environment. It’s creative pedagogical instruments include Tony Buzan’s mind maps, Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats and Howard Gardner’s multiple intelligences. Fairview seek to ensure that their students not only score well academically but also develop the love of learning.

The school also tries to cultivate holistic and accelerate learning in their students. Their integrated and thematic approach includes music, fine arts, character education and computing studies.
