20 Oktober 2011 @ 0600 – 0700 Hrs : kesal dengan MA Unit Kecemasan Hospital Batu Pahat.. Ada staff kilang cedera dimana lengan terkoyak dan darah memancut keluar tanpa henti.. tapi MA ni just jahit di bahagian kulit sahaja dan lepaskan pekerja kami balik.. dan alasannya mahu hantar anak kesekolah..sampai di kilang didapati darah masih memancut keluar dan kami terpaksa bawa pekerja ini ke Klinik Panel di Yong Peng dan jahitan yang MA sengal ni buat di buka semula dan dijahit semula oleh doktor Klinik Panel kami.. Kami bukan orang kaya nak pergi hospita swasta.. Jangan buat kerja macam lepaskan batuk ditangga sahaja..

my dad just admitted to the hospital for 5 days n he gone(passway)within this 5 days he’s spirit b’come very bad n down. the servives of hospital extreme bad, when press d emergency alarm, nobody come, all scary to help my dad changed d stoma bag… during changed d stoma bag, d nurse asking my dad how to change, ask my dad teach her, oh my god, r u all graduation??? sumore d nurse ask my dad pour d urine himself,my dad almost fall down……is it nurse = little angel??? no no no no…
during rescue my dad, all doctors n nurse can side of the rescue side of laughter, what u all think???

I am writing to express my concern about the fact that trains delayed and cancelled from its original schedule.
Following this, I am always reaching work late for my work in KL Central every day. I wonder on the delay as there is no bad weather conditions in Malaysia and no snowfalls yet the train is delay and make people to wait sometimes more an hour even Government committed for a betterment of this public transport services. Is this how you keep your promice towards public and fulfill their needs.The worse situation in the train is no cleanliness. I have even seen lizard and cockroaches inside the cabin. Most of the time we have to squezee like sardine cane just to get into the train and there are times where you cant even breath due to the unreasonable number of passenger in one coach.

In spite of this extreme situation, I would like to know the exact reason to the poor service you provided. First of all, no accurate information was given to the passengers while we were stranded in the open-air railway platforms. In a second term, we were trapped inside the wagons without chairs and not enough of standing space and air condition and due to the intense of air. And finally, to my surprise, when I buy tickets through the electronic device but its faulty and not funtioning properly.

I have lost trust on the Komuter Management and the Government who is still chairing uncountable meeting to find solution for the problem.
It seems many research is conducted but to no avail.

The ministries can spend our money for their family vacation, buying diamond ring, but fail to deliver their promises. What a shame to this country.

I want to complained about the cleanliness of the toilet in every floor. Smell like skunk n very dirty, I really dissappointed about it and so do other people that using the same. RAWANG KTMB STAFF VERY RUDE AND SCARSTIC.

Every evening KTMB is giving me headaches with its countless change in timing. I always take the 5.20 pm train from Rawang to Batang Kali, but alas for the past 1 month Rawang management are changing the time at own wishes, sometimes at 5.20 and sometimes at 5.45pm. What is the logic in this 5.20 and 5.45. I demand an answer cos I am paying and not using their services free.

Yesterday 18-04-2011 (time 5.55pm) I rang the Rawang Office (I was standing opposite at Platform 3) and enquired that its already 5.55pm where is the train to Tanjung Malim. A very rude officer answered ‘train sedang repair’ habis I asked what time roughly, as I have to go back he answered tak tahu lah.Pergi ambil bas. So rude and arrogant, sitting in the air-cond office, whereas I am standing in the hot and humid whether.

What does he mean sedang repair.

i will be travel to KL on Mei.. i’m using AirAsia and will be arrive at LCCT at Midnight..

can anyone suggest what is the best way i can reach Bukit Bintang with the lowest oost?
i’m thinking:
a. using aerobus/skybus to KL Sentral and then using taxi.
i don’t know about the taxi price from LCCT to Bukit bintang, some said that it will be 50% charged coz of midnight.

b. using taxi from LCCT to bukit bintang.
how much it will cost me for the trip direct from LCCT to bukit bintang? how bout midnight charge as well..
