Jaya One is a well-planned commercial centre and a new concept retail, entertainment and dining experience as part of a private initiative to revitalize Section 13.

Jaya One includes two phases. Phase 1 comprises of 4 blocks of 8 to 9 storey shop lot commercial offices and 1 purpose built office which total 221 units of commercial office space and 55 units of ground floor retail units. The commercial office and ground floor retail space amounts to some 596,000 square feet. The five blocks of offices are positioned along the development’s perimeter, creating a number of interesting retail zones with highly visible street frontage, including “University Avenue” along Jalan Universiti (designed for banks, flag ship brands and showrooms) and “Wai Sek Kai” (Food Street, along Jalan 13/6) for franchise dining, local fast food and convenience retail.
