Regency is the first private hospital in Johor Bahru to be approved under Ministry of Health, Singapore, for the use of Medisave overseas for the approved hospitalisation and day surgeries. Regency was awarded the Malaysian Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) certification by Ministry of Health, Malaysia, for providing healthcare services to regional patients.
