The programme is aimed at producing professionals who are ready to take their place as leaders in the global food and beverage industries. Graduates are equipped with the applicable knowledge and skills in foodservice and culinary arts to stand out in a competitive global work environment. They are also trained to apply tactical and strategic planning to be able to contribute positively to the growth and improvement of the industry.

  • Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia – Minimum 2 grade Cs
  • Senior Middle III – 5 passes, with 28 accumulative points or less (including English)
  • ‘A’ Levels – 2 principal passes
  • South Australian Matriculation (SAM) – 55%
  • Canadian Pre-U (CPU) – 55%

    • Taylor’s Foundation Programmes or equivalent
