Accredited by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK, the Bachelor of Quantity Surveying programme challenges students to identify, analyse and solve problems, evaluate strategies and options, and provide good judgement, decisions and advise as a professional quantity surveyor.

The 3-year full time study programme also provides students with the opportunity to research and develop future applications that give shape to a more creative and innovative approach to quantity surveying and unlock future potentials of the construction field.
