Universiti Malaysia Sabah Centre for External Education (UCEE)

Universiti Malaysia Sabah Centre for External Education (UCEE) offers Lifelong Learning Program which Degree (Coursework and Mixed Mode) and a Bachelor with Honours to candidates who qualified for take admission September each year.

To meet the needs of employers, PLUMS offers a flexible approach to education in which timetable is designed to meet the needs of the careers while lecturers PLUMS UMS is an experienced trainer and lecturer related regulations. In addition, the program offered by PLUMS is accredited by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) and the course content is the same as that taught full-time students at the University.

PLUMS officially began operations on December 1, 2006. The center was placed under the management and monitoring of UMS Investment Holdings Sdn. Bhd. which is a wholly owned Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) in the continuation of one of the main functions of the Center for Consultancy Services Training (PRL), which is responsible for generating funds to UMS in terms of offering academic programs continuously and quality offered by the Faculty at Universiti Malaysia Sabah.

So far PLUMS has four (4) learning centers across the state of Sabah, namely Kota Kinabalu on Campus UMS, UMS Labuan International Campus, Campus UMS Sandakan and Tawau Learning Center
