Taught by certified experts, this course is ideal for entry level participants to be able to hone and refine their skills in this niche field.
The International Certification in Bread Making provides hands-on experience for beginners and bread enthusiasts. Through observation and hands-on activity, participants will be able to familiarise themselves with different ingredients and discover the art and science of ingredients manipulation to produce the tastiest bread.
